Key Responsibilities:Label chat-based conversational data using predefined schemas (binary, categorical, multi-label, rating scales).Apply annotation rules with accuracy and consistency.
Review entire conversations to identify hallucinated vs. grounded responses.Flag unclear cases for SME review and share feedback on guideline improvements.
Meet daily/weekly annotation quotas while maintaining high-quality output.
Key Requirements:Bachelors degree (preferably in Linguistics, Psychology, English, or related fields)
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and guideline adherence
Comfortable with spreadsheets and annotation platforms/toolsGood written communication skills
Location - Remote(WFH) Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune
