Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Nld Area Manager at RELIANCE INFRA PROJECTS LIMITED. The role is primarily based in Nellore, with some work from home allowed. The Nld Area Manager will oversee daily operations, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, supervise staff, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. The role requires effective project management, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.

• Experience in Project Management and Strategic Planning
• Strong Leadership, Supervision, and Team Management skills
• Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Relevant experience in the real estate or infrastructure industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
