Night Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation:Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or handle incoming calls from interested prospects to present products and services, upsell, and cross-sell.
• Customer Needs Assessment:Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences to recommend suitable products or services effectively.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and goals set by the management.
• Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by professionally addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.
• Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities, often using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Product Knowledge:Continuously update product, pricing, and service knowledge to provide accurate information and persuasive pitches.
• Market Feedback:Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and potential areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
