NICU Nurse

You will be responsible for providing round-the-clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This includes caring for the basic needs of infants such as feeding and changing diapers. You will also be required to perform medical procedures like inserting intravenous lines, conducting tests, and administering medications under the supervision of NICU physicians. Your role will involve assisting the medical team in various procedures and treatments while using and adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed. It will be essential to formulate nursing plans and assess the effectiveness of treatments provided to the infants. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in comforting ill newborns as well as providing support to anxious parents and family members during their difficult time. This is a full-time position that requires availability for both day and night shifts on a rotational basis. The work location will be in person at the designated NICU facility.,
