Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to support our NGO in managing daily operations, building strong partnerships, and driving fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee daily NGO operations and program coordination.

· Develop and implement fundraising strategies (online and offline).

· Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.

· Organize fundraising campaigns, donor events, and community outreach.

· Assist in proposal writing, grant applications, and donor communications.

· Represent the NGO at events, meetings, and networking platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Experience in NGO operations, fundraising, or donor management.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Self-starter with ability to work independently.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Passion for social work and community impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
