Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently. Quality Control Ensure all production meets quality standards. Identify defects and implement corrective measures. Safety & Compliance Enforce workplace safety rules and proper use of protective equipment (PPE). Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with factory standards. Team Management Supervise operators, workers, and helpers on the production floor. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve on-floor issues.
