Job Description

As an NFT Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for designing testing methodologies, tools, and standards based on best practices. You will have the opportunity to manage medium-sized projects or initiatives, leveraging your advanced knowledge within the discipline. This may involve leading a segment of several initiatives or a larger initiative, or formally supervising a small team consisting of 1 - 3 individuals and assigning day-to-day work. Your role will require you to adhere to and implement enterprise quality standards, processes, and tools. Additionally, you will develop and implement build control strategies or QA tools/processes. Your interactions will extend to collaborating with business and development teams to define test plans and schedules. You will play a crucial role in translating complex system requirements and specifications into test requirements and testing methods. Furthermore, you will identify and implement more complex non-functional testing efforts, contributing significantly to the overall quality assurance process. To excel in this role, you should have relevant IT experience with a focus on full-time involvement in IT projects. Your ability to mentor peers and guide less experienced team members will be essential. Experience with various software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall will be beneficial. You should also possess the skills to analyze application logs and support engineers by applying basic debugging techniques.
