Job Description: As a Nexthink Admin at Birlasoft, you will lead and manage a team of automation Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive automation initiatives and enhance operational efficiency in the IT service desk. Your hands-on experience with automation platforms for end-user computing and conversational AI platforms will be crucial in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of automation SMEs, providing guidance and support for successful project delivery. - Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for end-user computing and conversational AI platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Oversee the development and deployment of automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest trends in automation technologies and incorporate them into the company's solutions. - Regularly review and assess existing automation solutions to identify areas for enhancement. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and AI technologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions. - Proven experience with automation platforms for end-user computing such as Nanoheal and Nexthink. - Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and GenAI Co-pilots. - Strong understanding of conversational AI platforms like Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, and Microsoft Copilot. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.,
