Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.- Document client issues and resolutions accurately.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework.- Knowledge of remote desktop tools.- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
