As a Newborn & Maternity Photographer at Camories Photography, you will play a crucial role in capturing special moments for families and creating a memorable experience for parents. Your skills behind the camera, combined with your friendly demeanor and business acumen, will contribute to the success of our photography studio. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct professional newborn, baby, and maternity shoots with a focus on patience, safety, and creativity. - Create a positive and trust-building experience for families during photography sessions. - Present and upsell premium photography packages, albums, and frames to clients. - Guide parents on different package options and assist them in choosing upgrades. - Utilize props, themes, and setups to enhance the quality of photos and increase client satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with the editing team to maintain consistent brand quality. - Ensure the maintenance of studio equipment and readiness for daily shoots. Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in photography, preferably in newborn, maternity, or portrait work. - Strong sales and upselling skills, with confidence in explaining packages and closing upgrades. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with parents and families. - Ability to handle newborns safely with patience and care. - Creative mindset with knowledge of lighting, posing, and styling. - Basic knowledge of editing software such as Lightroom or Photoshop is a plus.
