Newborn & Maternity Photographer

We are looking for a Newborn & Maternity Photographer who can beautifully capture special moments and confidently upsell packages to parents during/after shoots. The ideal candidate is not only skilled behind the camera but also friendly, persuasive, and business-minded.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional newborn, baby, and maternity shoots with patience, safety, and creativity.
• Create a positive, trust-building experience for families during sessions.
• Present and upsell premium photography packages, albums, and frames to clients.
• Guide parents on different package options and help them choose upgrades.
• Use props, themes, and setups to enhance photo quality & client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure consistent brand quality.
• Maintain studio equipment and readiness for daily shoots.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in photography (preferably newborn/maternity/portrait work).
• Strong sales and upselling skills — confident in explaining packages & closing upgrades.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for dealing with parents and families.
• Ability to handle newborns safely with patience and care.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of lighting, posing, and styling.
• Basic knowledge of editing software (Lightroom/Photoshop) is a plus.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
