Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products using CAD software (AutoCAD) and other tools.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies, create design calculations, and perform SPM design for manufacturability.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the product development process.
  
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet customer expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in NPD engineering with a degree in B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of machine design principles, including mechanism design and component selection.
  
• Proficiency in creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD software; knowledge of other CAD software an added advantage.
