New Product Development Internship

As an intern at Farmdidi, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Formulating new products & product refinements based on sensory testing and consumer data. - Making recommendations in the design of new manufacturing processes or modifying current equipment or processes. - Using strong recipe replication capabilities with analytical backing. - Reviewing methods to improve the quality of new food products during mass production. - Troubleshooting new or modified production processes to resolve production, quality, and regulatory compliance issues. - Preparing product costing based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitable products. - Proposing process control, sampling, and monitoring points and related performance requirements to achieve critical material attributes of final products. - Guiding testing activities to ensure appropriate test methods and conditions are employed. - Training and supervising employees on GMP and GHP. - Creating process controls and preventative actions through the HACCP system/principles. - Understanding the rural environment and designing process flow.
