We are urgently hiring a dynamic Sales Manager – Team Leader for our Aurangabad team. The role is focused on driving field sales, building a strong sales team, and achieving business targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals
• Set and achieve sales targets through effective team performance
• Conduct client meetings and support the team in closing deals
• Track daily performance and provide regular feedback
• Identify local market opportunities for business growth
• Ensure compliance and timely reporting to senior management
• Participate in sales drives and field marketing activities

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales and team management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-driven, with the ability to motivate a team
• Willingness to travel within Aurangabad and nearby areas
