We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Experience Management Specialist in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in resource management, workforce management, or general operations with strong knowledge of resource management guidelines, processes, and protocols. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage resource schedules on scheduling tools such as ARMS/Retain. Review and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Proactively review resource availability and requirements. Manage mailboxes and fulfill scheduling requests within defined timelines. Optimize resource utilization through effective schedule management. Perform basic reporting and analysis. ### Job Requirements Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant experience in resource management, workforce management, or general operations. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate basic knowledge of MS Excel. Exhibit excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to excel under tight deadlines. Have a strong understanding of business and commerciality. Basis knowledge of MS Office is required. Interest in business and commerciality is preferred.
