Key Responsibilities : Clinical & Surgical Duties : Diagnose and evaluate neurological conditions through clinical exams and imaging studies (MRI, CT, angiography, etc.). Perform complex surgical procedures including: Brain tumor removals Spinal surgeries (e.g., discectomies, spinal fusion) Neurovascular surgeries Trauma and emergency neurosurgeries Pediatric neurosurgery (if applicable) Monitor post-operative progress and manage complications. Patient Care & Management : Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and counseling to patients and families. Collaborate with neurologists, oncologists, orthopedic surgeons, and other specialists as needed. Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Key Skills & Competencies : Advanced surgical skills and hand-eye coordination Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment Excellent communication and empathy Ability to work in high-pressure and emergency situations Leadership and teamwork abilities Qualifications & Experience : Essential : MBBS + MS (General Surgery) + MCh/DNB (Neurosurgery) Valid medical license/registration with national medical council Experience : 02 years (Junior Consultant) 3–5 years (Consultant) 5+ years (Senior Consultant or Head)
