Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain WAN, SDWAN, Fibre networks, and 4G/5G connectivity
Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and performance issues
Configure and monitor Firewalls and ensure network security
Work closely with vendors, ISPs, and internal teams to ensure optimal network performance
Participate in network upgrade, migration, and scaling activities
Document network changes, create runbooks, and maintain diagrams
Skills Required
Hands-on experience in managing WAN, SDWAN, Fibre technologies
Understanding of 4G/5G network infrastructure and protocols
Strong knowledge of Firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
Familiarity with network tools and monitoring platforms
Good communication and documentation skills
Open to rotational shifts and weekend support
