Position : Networking Manager

Experience :

15 - 18 years of experience in enterprise network administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.

Strong understanding of networking protocols.

Salary:15LPA to 18LPA

Work Location: Hyderabad

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of robust and scalable LAN/WAN infrastructure across all organizational locations.

Ensure 24/7 availability, security, and optimal performance of the enterprise network infrastructure.

Oversee configuration and maintenance of network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.

Implement and manage network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

Proactively identifying and resolving latency or downtime issues.

Manage IP address schema, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network segmentation for scalability and security.

Coordinate with internet service providers and telecom vendors for issue resolution and to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, diagrams, asset inventories, and change control logs.

Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network infrastructure, and regularly test failover capabilities.

Lead initiatives for network upgrades, modernization, and performance optimization.

Act as the escalation point for all network-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Collaborate with IT security, systems, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with security standards.

Train, mentor, and manage junior network engineers.

Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, network reliability, and infrastructure scalability.

Hands-on experience with networking hardware.

Proven ability to configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and remote access solutions.

Familiarity with wireless networking and access control systems.

Proficiency in using network monitoring and management tools.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
