As the Network & Systems Administrator at Ennoventure, you will manage the company’s IT infrastructure, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide end-user support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address IT needs, implement solutions, and maintain a secure, efficient technology environment.

This role combines technical expertise with proactive problem solving and offers hands-on exposure to cybersecurity platforms and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Ennoventure’s IT operations. The ideal candidate is self-driven, takes full ownership, and thrives as an independent contributor in a dynamic setting.

What will you do?

  • Automate onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, system configuration, software provisioning, and access revocation.
  • Manage JumpCloud for identity, access, and device management.
  • Support SSO implementation, application license tracking, and federated identity integrations (SAML, OAuth).
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and a knowledge base.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper disposal of outdated hardware.
  • Automate repetitive IT processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Draft and implement IT policies aligned with industry standards, compliance requirements, and market best practices.
  • Configure and maintain office IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPNs, cloud-based networking).
  • Manage IT assets, including laptops and peripherals, ensuring lifecycle management and compliance with security protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, licensing, and asset inventory management. • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware with timely updates, patches, and security measures.
  • Implement and monitor IT security policies and procedures.


Requirements

What do we look for at Ennoventure?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs), and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with JumpCloud or similar identity and access management platforms.
  • Familiarity with SSO implementation, SAML, OAuth, and application license management.
  • Proven experience in IT asset management and lifecycle processes.
  • Proficiency in automating IT processes using scripts or tools.
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices, compliance requirements, and policy drafting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-starter, adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
