Job Description

Monitor and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Manage and maintain servers, including routine checks, updates, and performance monitoring.
Diagnose and resolve Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues for users.
Configure, install, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
Ensure proper functioning of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data security and recovery procedures.
Respond to IT service requests and provide technical support to employees.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, issues, and resolutions.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and network-related support.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
