Job Description: As a member of our team in Mohali, you will be responsible for assisting US users with home and office networking setups, troubleshooting IP issues, and addressing connectivity drops. Your primary role will involve resolving issues related to routers, modems, extenders, and access points. Additionally, you will be tasked with configuring network settings and ensuring firmware updates are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with routers, modems, extenders, and access points. - Configure network settings to optimize performance. - Update firmware to ensure network security and stability. Requirements: - Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP basics. - Excellent communication skills to provide technical explanations and support. - Patience and ability to guide users through troubleshooting processes effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali with night shift hours.
