Network Support Advisor

As a Network Support Advisor at NTT DATA, your role will involve being a part of the L2/L3 network team and collaborating closely with different towers to resolve network device issues in a Data Center environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Telco: Demonstrating expertise in WAN connectivity, LAN connectivity, and experience with new Circuits turn-up in Production environment. - Routing: Proficiency in OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP protocols. - Switching: Knowledge of STP, NHRP, vPC, VLAN, and VxLAN technologies. - Security: Having a basic understanding of firewalls and F5 Load Balancer. Basic qualifications required for this role include: - Expertise with 5+ years of experience in Routing and switching in products such as Cisco (LAN based/Nexus-DC switches), Cisco ISR/ASR routers, and DELL DC switches.
