As a Technical Consulting Engineer and Customer Delivery at Cisco, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of industry experts in developing and deploying cutting-edge Internet technologies. Your role will involve gaining in-depth knowledge of Cisco products and collaborating with various elements of the service chain to provide exceptional support to worldwide customers. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving product and network issues of moderate to high complexity by leveraging existing issue databases, debugging tools, and lab simulations. Your focus will be on analyzing problems efficiently and identifying effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction. Staying updated with the latest technology trends and products will be essential for delivering top-notch support to customers. Working within the CX Technology Group as part of the CX India Theatre, you will engage with diverse customers across different domains, handle sophisticated service requests, and contribute to automation and innovation projects in the security domain. As a Technical Consulting Engineer, you should possess a strong background in the Security domain and have experience with technologies such as NAT, ALG, HA, IDS/IPS, RADIUS, TACACS, VPN technologies, Cisco ISE architecture, and OSI model concepts, among others. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in Cisco products like IOS/IOS-XE routers, ASA, FTD, as well as have knowledge of programming languages like Python, Wireshark, and Linux. Additionally, you should have a logical problem-solving approach, strong analytical skills, and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Security Technologies, preferably with Cisco products.
