Network and security engineer will have to provide primary Level- 3 support for Incidents, Change and request tickets by troubleshooting / analyzing across Network & Security platforms.
Routing and Switching is the Key Primary Skill with experience preferably across all Routing Protocols and experience in Cisco/HP/Aruba devices as the preference.
Security experience in (Firewalls/IPS/IDS/Proxy) Understanding vertical domain SOPs and manage environment as per defined SOPs
Coordinate with OEM for product related fixed, ensure high uptime and standardization of configuration in devices
Periodic Failover testing, execute corrective action as needed for high infrastructure uptime to support business Train/Supervise & Guide the L1 & L2 Enggs in the team and drive the New Technology Learning & Adoption within the team Support and implement, Create policies, Log and Data analysis, Configurations and Action of critical alert from SOC along with analysis and quick remediation.
Network diagram update as per the land scape changes with new device & technologies
Work in 24X7 environment in rotational shift to support operation.
