We seek a seasoned Team Lead Support Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco's enterprise network technologies and Fortinet's FortiGate firewalls. The ideal candidate will have a strong network security and infrastructure background and hands-on experience troubleshooting and deploying complex network environments. You will join our dynamic IT services team, which provides high-level technical support for customers in the US and Europe and drives improvements across our managed service centers.
