Job Title: L2 Network Security Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive L2 Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in firewall configuration, cloud-based security platforms, and multi-vendor troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in network security operations and be comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support firewalls including FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Checkpoint.

Set up and maintain Netskope and Zscaler (Internet Access and Private Access).

Perform L2-level troubleshooting across multi-vendor network security environments.

Support and monitor DDoS protection and Proxy solutions (e.g., Imperva).

Utilize ServiceNow (ITSM) for incident, change, and problem management.

Collaborate with L3 engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure secure and stable network operations.

Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolution procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 to 7 years of experience in network security operations.

Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Checkpoint firewalls.

Working knowledge of Netskope and Zscaler platforms.

Solid understanding of DDoS mitigation and Proxy technologies.

Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Educational Qualification: Any degree with relevant hands-on experience.
