Network Security Firewall Specialist Advisor Palo Alto

NTT DATA is looking for a Network Security Firewall Specialist Advisor Palo Alto to be a part of their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Network Security Firewall Specialist Advisor, you will be responsible for driving results, understanding complex issues to provide optimal solutions, and demonstrating strong ethics and integrity. You should be flexible to adapt to the changing needs of customers, accounts, and the team. Excellent customer-facing communication skills and knowledge of ITIL best practices are essential, with ITIL certification considered a plus. The ideal candidate should have high-level experience and proven knowledge in at least three different network security products including Firewalls (Watchguard, Cisco, Palo Alto), Content Filtering (Cisco Umbrella, Bluecoats, Websense, McAfee Web gateway), and IDS/IPS (Cisco Sourcefire, McAfee, Tipping Point, Snort). Proficiency in Cisco Firepower ASA and FTD is required, along with strong networking troubleshooting skills and extensive knowledge of web connectivity and protocols such as WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, SSH, etc. Understanding the integration with authentication protocols like LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, and Active Directory is necessary. Candidates must hold at least two high-level certifications in Network security from vendors such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, McAfee, BlueCoat, SourceFire (CCNP, JNCIs, etc). Time management skills are crucial for efficiently managing operations duties and other tasks that contribute to the Network Security team's optimization. A clear understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems is expected, along with a minimum of 8 years of network troubleshooting experience and 4-5 years of Network Security administration and design experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required to be eligible for this role.
