Network Security Experts

The Network and Security Engineer role requires an Undergraduate degree (BE or similar UG qualification) as a mandatory educational qualification. As a Network and Security Engineer, you will provide primary Level-3 support for Incidents, Change, and request tickets by troubleshooting and analyzing across Network & Security platforms. Your key primary skill will be Routing and Switching, with experience preferably across all Routing Protocols and experience in Cisco/HP/Aruba devices as a preference. You should also have Security experience in Firewalls, IPS, IDS, and Proxy. Your responsibilities will include understanding vertical domain SOPs and managing the environment as per defined SOPs. You will coordinate with OEM for product-related fixes, ensure high uptime, and standardization of configuration in devices. Conducting periodic Failover testing, executing corrective actions as needed for high infrastructure uptime to support the business is also a part of your role. You will train, supervise, and guide the L1 & L2 Engineers in the team and drive New Technology Learning & Adoption within the team. Supporting and implementing policies, Log and Data analysis, Configurations, and Action of critical alerts from SOC along with analysis and quick remediation will be your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for updating network diagrams as per the landscape changes with new devices & technologies. Working in a 24X7 environment in rotational shifts to support operations is required for this role.
