Network & Security Expert

As a Network Expert, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities related to network and security systems in Data Centers and field devices. Your tasks will include designing, implementing, and maintaining network and security systems to safeguard the organization's digital assets and IT infrastructure. You will be required to monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity, identify potential threats, and respond to security incidents promptly. Developing and enforcing network policies, procedures, and best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain network and security systems - Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents - Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and best practices - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing - Collaborate with relevant departments to implement network and security solutions - Stay updated with best practices in network and security - Manage network monitoring, maintenance, inventory, spares, and SLA - Provide reporting, monthly project reviews, and escalation support - Analyze and provide Root Cause Analysis for critical incidents - Lead NOC, Helpdesk, and coordinate for new projects - Arrive at network topology changes when required - Plan and coordinate network drills and provide reports - Induct/remove network devices at critical locations - Fix vulnerabilities and audit findings - Provide training and support to colleagues on network and security issues Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field - Preferred Degree: Masters in Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Information Systems - Experience: 3-7 years in network administration, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure roles - Skills Required: TCP/IP, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, LAN/WAN, VLAN, SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud security - Certifications: CCNA, CISSP, CEH, CISM, CND, CCNA/CCNP Security, Fortinet (Network Security Expert preferred) If you are interested, you can share your CV at Devanshu.Gupta@LTTS.com.,
