As a Network Expert, your role will involve establishing, implementing, and maintaining network and security systems in Data Center and field devices. You will need to monitor network traffic for any irregularities, swiftly identifying potential threats and responding to security incidents. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining network and security systems to safeguard the organization's digital assets and IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and best practices. - Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address network risks. - Collaborate with relevant departments to implement network and security solutions meeting customer needs. - Provide network monitoring, maintenance, inventory management, and SLA management. - Lead the NOC, Helpdesk, and coordinate for new projects, network amalgamation, and migration. - Coordinate with OEMs, other departments, and external partners for network architecture changes and issue resolution. - Provide training and support to colleagues on network and security issues and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field. - Preferred Degree: Masters in Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Information Systems (optional). - Experience: 3-7 years in network administration, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure roles. - Skills Required: TCP/IP, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, LAN/WAN, VLAN, SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud security. - Certifications: CCNA, CISSP, CEH, CISM, CND, CCNA/CCNP Security, Fortinet (Network Security Expert preferred).
