Network Security Architect

As a Cyber Security Engineer at our Noida location, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and managing security architectures with a focus on SSE, SASE, and Identity Management solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and maintaining security tools and platforms, including XDR systems and SOC environments. - Monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity incidents and breaches. - Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures to ensure a robust security posture. - Conducting regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities. - Providing training and support to team members and other departments on security best practices. - Collaborating with IT teams to integrate security measures with existing infrastructure. - Leading cybersecurity projects and guiding junior team members in complex security setups and troubleshooting. - Preparing comprehensive technical documentation and reports regarding the company's security status. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or similar are highly preferred. - Proven experience in cybersecurity roles with expertise in SSE, SASE, Identity Management, XDR, and SOC operations. - Strong knowledge of networking protocols, encryption technologies, and security vulnerabilities. - Experience with cloud security architectures and hybrid environments. - Proficiency in incident handling, malware analysis, and forensic approaches. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English for both verbal and written communication.
