Network Security Architect

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in the configuration and management of Routers, Core Switches, and Firewalls
• Strong understanding of network operating systems, network equipment, and networking protocols, including Routing, Switching, and Wireless
• Mitigate security vulnerabilities by implementing appropriate solutions and tools
• Hands-on experience in managing Cisco Wireless Networks, including Identity Management
• Experience in network installations, implementations, and configurations
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
• Proficient with ForcePoint/URL filtering solutions
• Strong working knowledge of routers, switches, and routing protocols
• Experience working with F5 load balancers
• Advanced troubleshooting, vulnerability management, and problem analysis skills
• Ability to design and deploy client solutions based on security and network best practices
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 global operations support environment
• Ability and enthusiasm to train and mentor others
• Experience operating and maintaining complex network environments in a managed service environment

Skills Required:

• Strong problem-solving skills using analytics, logic, and reasoning
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, especially in creating technical and operational documentation
• Strong customer service orientation in client-facing interactions

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• CCNA/CCNP Certification preferred
