Role & responsibilities

• Individual should be minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in a 24/7 support for GCC/ NOC , banking & finance Data Centre environment.
• Excellent knowledge of OSI Reference Model and TCP/IP model.
• Knowledge in Palo Alto, CHECKPOINT, FORTIGATE, SOPHOS, SONICWALL firewalls and CITRIX, RADEWARE load balancers.
• Well acquainted with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and RIPv1and RIPv2).
• Knowledge in SUBNETTING, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, VSS, STP & RSTP.
• Functions and operations of NAT Configuration and troubleshooting (static, dynamic and PAT)
• Production experience deploying, configuring, troubleshooting and operational maintenance of large-scale Router, Switch deployments.
• Hands on experience Hardware Module, Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting for the following listed Routers and Switches
• Good knowledge in Routers , Switches, Firewalls.
• Experience in configuration & troubleshooting of links and backup technologies for remote locations.
• Sound knowledge of MPLS deployment, IPSec VPN (IKEv1 and v2), GRE tunnel, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP routing protocol configuration and troubleshooting for Large Enterprise Network.
• Sound knowledge of VPC, EtherChannel, STP, redundancy protocols, Trunking protocols, high availability protocols such as HSRP, VRRP configuration and troubleshooting of various switching loops and Working knowledge in SD WAN.
• Experience in working with Cisco Firepower, Checkpoint Firewall, FortiGate firewall and NAT policies.
• Knowledge about implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting of Aruba Clear-pass Tacacs/Radius technologies.
• Knowledge of Cisco EXE/IOS/NXOS secure configuration and knowledge of security vulnerabilities, threats, and attacks mitigation and troubleshooting of different kind of Access-lists.
