Role & responsibilities : JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Network Manager Organization: 24/7.ai Recruiter: P.swagatika@247.ai Responsibilities Supervision of day to day operational KPIs, SLAs and KRAs. Conduct daily meetings with the team to review alert, requests, incidents & changes. Work on the corrective and preventive actions post after the incident. Assist team to troubleshoot and fix critical incidents. Develop business requirements and project roadmaps for high performance and critical project priorities. Participate in discussions with vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Google, Telcos) Participate in project , architectural, business meetings Work with team as an escalation point for escalated incidents Recommend technical & process changes to improve the overall network delivery Conduct peer reviews for changes written by the team and guide the team for improvements and to avoid risk to business. Drive vulnerability remediations from the VAPT scans Work with audit teams as and when required Work with architects to provide design and implementation solutions Coordinate and troubleshoot team functions Drive continual and technical improvement plans Contribute to improvement of HLD, LLD and SOP documentations Manage delivery teams, process and models for optimal delivery solutions Manage risk and regulatory compliances. Should interface with 247 clients to understand their business requirement and solution the problems. Work with project and technical teams to deliver projects as per the business requirements. Technical & Managerial Competencies 11+ years’ experience in networking domain Demonstrated excellence in domain knowledge and operational management skills Should have troubleshooting knowledge of network problems-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, F5, Routing & switching Design experience (LLD,HLD) Able to manage L3 escalated issue technically & with business Working knowledge of Nexus switches In depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS etc Able to carry out standard and minor changes independently Strong ITIL & process knowledge Demonstrate excellence in network operational management skills Demonstrate good KPI, SLA and focused on continual improvement in network operations Strong networking skills to work with counterparts globally Expertise in operational escalation management Able to manage security audit points Able to manage Life cycle management activities & projects Good understanding of data center best practices Vendor relationship Management Knowledge on Palo Alto, Juniper & Cisco firewalls. Knowledge on Cisco SDWAN.
