Job Description

You should have 3+ years of experience in Global Network Security Operations, specifically in managing Incidents and Requests on Palo Alto Firewall, DNS, DHCP, Proxy (Zscaler and Netskope). Your key responsibilities will include Firewall Implementation and resolution of incidents and requests related to Palo Alto Firewall, DNS, DHCP, Proxy (Zscaler and Netskope) to ensure high Network Availability for end users/businesses. You must possess perfect communication skills in English, be end-user service-oriented, have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, you should demonstrate rigour and synthesis and have an advanced level of troubleshooting skills. Desired behavioral skills include autonomy, adherence to defined processes and procedures, a strong understanding of Internet infrastructures, and experience in IT infrastructure support.,
