Job Description

As a potential candidate for this position, you should possess the following must-have skills: - Proficiency in spoken English to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. - Basic understanding of computer functions to navigate systems and tools efficiently. - Ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Familiarity with the basics of Excel for data entry and manipulation. - Knowledge of ticketing systems to log and track customer requests and issues. Your daily job responsibilities will include: - Carrying out activities outlined in the Key Result Area (KRA) and position summary following established guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Runbooks, ensuring a business impact understanding. - Adhering to customer security and compliance requirements to maintain data integrity and confidentiality. - Following customer communication etiquettes to provide a high level of service and professionalism. - Meeting productivity targets set for the engagement project or process to ensure operational efficiency. - Contributing to continuous service improvement plans (CSI) by actively participating in knowledge-sharing sessions. - Serving as a mentor or buddy for new hires to facilitate their onboarding and integration into the team. - Adhering to organizational policies and processes, including security protocols and timelines, to maintain a secure and efficient work environment. In terms of independence and supervision, you will be expected to: - Perform routine tasks independently, demonstrating a level of autonomy in your work. - Make decisions based on established procedures and processes regarding technical solutions and escalations within your area of responsibility. - Seek approval for process deviations in routine or low-priority incidents to ensure compliance with protocols. - Obtain approval for process deviations in cases of new, unique, or urgent high-priority technical issues related to your work domain.,
