Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level wireless networks, ensuring high performance, security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise in wireless technologies, network troubleshooting, automation, and documentation will be crucial in maintaining a robust and efficient WiFi infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Possess in-depth knowledge of major wireless vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper/Mist, and Meraki - Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level wireless networks - Implement wireless security protocols including WPA2-Enterprise, WPA3, and 802.1X - Conduct extensive wireless troubleshooting using tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet, etc. - Deploy wireless networks across multiple regions/offices and ensure compliance with regional standards - Utilize automation scripting (Python, Ansible) for network management - Integrate wireless networks with existing LAN/WAN infrastructure - Design for high-density environments and perform capacity planning - Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and maintain detailed documentation Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Enterprise WiFi Technologies and hands-on expertise with WiFi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) - Proficiency in wireless security protocols and experience with Identity Services Engine (ISE) - Extensive experience in network troubleshooting, spectrum analysis, and RF troubleshooting - Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and routing protocols - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience working in regulated financial environments with an understanding of compliance requirements - Desirable certifications such as CWNA/CWNP, Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Aruba ACMP/ACMX, or other vendor-specific wireless certifications (Note: The job description does not contain any additional details about the company.),
