Network Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN, NAT, and ACL configurations.
  
• Administer and support Windows, Linux, and MAC OS environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server management.
  
• Manage virtualized environments using VMware and vSphere; handle cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
  
• Maintain and monitor network devices such as Cisco and Fortinet firewalls, Cisco FirePower, and Meraki MDM.
  
• Perform patch management, vulnerability assessment, and system updates following change management protocols.
  
• Provide enterprise technical support in a helpdesk/contact center environment, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
  
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and SOX.
  
• Collaborate effectively with global teams and provide technical guidance with minimal supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in

  B.Tech / BE / B.Sc / BCA

  or equivalent.
• Proven experience in

  network troubleshooting, network design, and architecture

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, ACL

  , and enterprise networking concepts.
• Hands-on experience with

  Windows Server, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, and Office 365

  administration.
• Familiarity with

  network monitoring tools, MDM management, and security compliance

  standards.
• Certifications such as

  CCNA, CCNP, MCSE

  are preferred.
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
