Job Description

Responsible for network uptime, performance, and other related services. Network monitoring and proactive network uptime maintenance. Network management (routing), Router and multi layer switches Configuration and Troubleshooting, up gradation, Link Performance Management of L3 and L2 Switch at Data Center Network on day-to-day basis. Support administration, Change Management, Liaison with Bandwidth Provider officials and external vendors, bandwidth, and facility management. Should be able to manage DR Site components (hardware & software) Co-ordinate between end-users and operation team for DR Testing & functioning. The candidate should be well versed with routing and switching devices and technology like MPLS technology, Network device hardening. Resolve device vulnerabilities in coordination of OEM. Responsible to prepared gap analysis in deployed /proposed solutions Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions. Experience in SDSWAN technology (DR and DC integration) Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process. Positions will require to work in rotational shifts to support 24 * 7 operations /project assignments.
