Job Title: Network Engineer (L2) - Load Balancer Location: Mumbai Kanjurmarg Job Type: Full-Time ( Monday to Saturday 9 Hrs Shift ) Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer (L2) with expertise in F5 and Radware Load Balancer technologies. The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of experience and will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining load balancing solutions for our network infrastructure. You will work with both F5 and Radware load balancers, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance across applications. Key Responsibilities: Configuration Troubleshooting of F5 and Radware Load Balancers (LTM, GSLB, Source NAT, X Forward). Perform load balancing setup, ensure high availability and efficient traffic distribution for mission-critical applications. Upload certificates and manage SSL offloading on load balancing solutions. Firmware Upgradation and regular maintenance of load balancer devices. Ensure hardening of load balancing systems to meet security best practices. Implement vulnerability closure measures and manage updates to ensure device security. Troubleshoot and resolve load balancing issues across the environment, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with other teams to optimize and scale load balancing setups for applications and services. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience in F5 and Radware Load Balancer technologies. Strong knowledge of LTM (Local Traffic Manager), GSLB (Global Server Load Balancing), Source NAT , X Forward , and related configurations. Proficient in SSL certificate management and offloading on load balancing devices. Experience with Firmware Upgradation and routine maintenance of load balancing systems. Understanding of network security principles, including system hardening and vulnerability closure . Strong troubleshooting skills related to load balancing issues, ensuring minimal impact on application performance and availability. Basic understanding of network concepts, including IP addressing, routing, and traffic management. Desired Skills: Certifications related to F5 (e.g., F5 Certified Administrator) or Radware are a plus. Familiarity with cloud-based load balancing or other modern application delivery solutions. Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools for load balancing systems.
