Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of a global team with a mission to make good health more affordable and accessible, impacting millions of lives worldwide. Your responsibilities will include providing network support for WAN, Campus LAN, and Datacenter devices, troubleshooting Routing Protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, and supporting network hardware platforms like Cisco Nexus, Wireless (Cisco/Aruba), Riverbed, and F5 load balancers. You will offer level 2 support for network services, handle installation/upgradation of network hardware and software, proactively monitor performance and availability, respond to network incidents, and liaise with vendors and service providers for issue resolution. Additionally, you will participate in CAB meetings, perform maintenance activities, and have familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide network support for WAN, Campus LAN, and Datacenter devices - Troubleshoot Routing Protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP - Support network hardware platforms including Cisco Nexus, Wireless (Cisco/Aruba), Riverbed, and F5 load balancers - Offer level 2 support for network services - Handle installation/upgradation of network hardware and software - Proactively monitor performance and availability - Respond to network incidents - Liaise with vendors and service providers for issue resolution - Participate in CAB meetings - Perform maintenance activities - Have familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes Qualifications Required: - Hold an Engineering/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field - Possess leading certifications in Networking (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) - Have 6-8 years of relevant experience in Network operations - Preferably have global enterprise experience - Highly knowledgeable in WAN, datacenter networks, and campus LAN technologies - Expertise covering IP Protocols, IP filtering, firewalling, Routing Protocols, Quality of Service, MPLS, Ethernet - Experience with Cisco/Aruba wireless technology, Cisco, HP/Aruba, Riverbed tools, Service Now ticketing tool, and Solarwinds monitoring tool - Additional advantageous knowledge includes Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, SDN Network, and Network scripting (pearl/python/SWQL) (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the provided job description),
