As an experienced Network Support Engineer at our leading generic medicines manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include providing network support for WAN, Campus LAN, Wireless, and Datacenter devices, along with hands-on troubleshooting experience in Routing Protocols EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP. You will be responsible for supporting network hardware platforms such as Cisco Nexus, Wireless (Cisco/Aruba), Riverbed, Cisco ACI, SDWAN, and F5 load balancers, while also offering level 3 support for network services and requests. In this role, you will be involved in the installation and upgradation of network hardware and software, proactively monitoring performance and availability, responding to critical network incidents, and taking ownership of tickets until resolution. Additionally, you will perform configuration changes and maintenance activities, as well as represent changes in CAB meetings. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes will be essential for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold an Engineering/Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, along with leading certifications in Networking such as CCNA, CCNP, etc. You must have 8-12 years of relevant experience in Network operations, including at least 2 to 3 years as an L3 Engineer. Global enterprise experience is preferred, and you should possess a high level of knowledge in network technologies like WAN, datacenter networks, and campus LAN. Proficiency in IP Protocols, IP filtering, firewalling, Routing Protocols, Quality of Service, MPLS, and Ethernet is required. Experience with Cisco/Aruba wireless technology, Cisco ACI, SDWAN, and F5 load balancers technologies is a must, along with familiarity with Cisco, HP/Aruba, Riverbed tools and technologies. Knowledge of Service Now ticketing tool and SolarWinds monitoring tool is beneficial, and expertise in Network scripting (pearl/python/SWQL) would be an added advantage. As a Security Software Engineer at Versa SASE, you will play a crucial role in the architecture, design, and qualification of network security services including ATP, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Forward and Reverse Proxy, CASB, DLP, Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), User and Entity Behavior Analysis (UEBA), and Sensitive Data Obfuscation. Your main responsibilities will revolve around automation and manual testing of the Versa SASE platform. To qualify for this role, you must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude who can work both independently and collaboratively in a startup environment. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with cross-functional groups. Additionally, you should possess excellent skills in large-scale software design and development. Key skills for this role include proficiency in developing test automation frameworks and test suites using Python, validation experience across different networking stack layers (Layer3 through Layer7), working knowledge of data plane and control-plane operations, and familiarity with NGFW features such as IDS/IPS, URL Filtering, IP Filtering, DNS Filtering, and more. Experience with various security technologies like Identity Proxy, Application Reverse Proxy, CASB, DLP, Malware Sandbox, UEBA, and RBI is highly desirable. You should also have a solid understanding of ZTNA, SWG, and different application protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, and TLS. Proficiency in protocol analysis using network traces (PCAPs), hands-on experience in a Linux environment, and familiarity with traffic generator tools like IxLoad, BPS, Spirent, and Trex for L2 to L7 traffic profiles will be beneficial for this role.,
