You will be part of a global team on a mission to make good health more affordable and accessible, impacting millions of lives worldwide. This role involves providing network support for WAN, Campus LAN, and Datacenter devices, troubleshooting Routing Protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, and supporting network hardware platforms like Cisco Nexus, Wireless (Cisco/Aruba), Riverbed, and F5 load balancers. You will offer level 2 support for network services, handle installation/upgradation of network hardware and software, proactively monitor performance and availability, respond to network incidents, and liaise with vendors and service providers for issue resolution. Additionally, you will participate in CAB meetings, perform maintenance activities, and have familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. To qualify for this role, you should hold an Engineering/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, possess leading certifications in Networking (CCNA, CCNP, etc.), and have 6-8 years of relevant experience in Network operations. Global enterprise experience is preferred, and you should be highly knowledgeable in WAN, datacenter networks, and campus LAN technologies. Your expertise should cover IP Protocols, IP filtering, firewalling, Routing Protocols, Quality of Service, MPLS, Ethernet, and experience with Cisco/Aruba wireless technology, Cisco, HP/Aruba, Riverbed tools, Service Now ticketing tool, and Solarwinds monitoring tool. Additional advantageous knowledge includes Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, SDN Network, and Network scripting (pearl/python/SWQL). This position reports to the team currently undergoing validation.,
