What makes you a good fit: Extensive experience in network operations, including hands-on management of complex LAN/WAN environments and critical network infrastructure across global enterprises. Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting Aruba LAN and Wireless solutions, ensuring high-performance and secure network connectivity. Deep understanding of IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, and enterprise-level networking concepts, enabling effective troubleshooting and network optimization. Strong background in SD-WAN technologies like SilverPeak SD-WAN. Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools to manage incidents, problems, and changes, contributing to efficient and effective network issue resolution. Strong problem-solving abilities to handle complex network issues, coupled with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. Nice to Have Aruba ACSA, ACSP, or ACCX certifications, demonstrating advanced expertise in Aruba technologies and network solutions. In-depth knowledge of firewall operations, including configuration, management, and troubleshooting of FortiGate, Palo Alto, and other enterprise firewall solutions. Total years of experience: 5-7 years.
