Network Automation Engineer

As a Network Automation Engineer at Millennium, you will be part of the Network Automation Team responsible for enhancing the organization's networks through innovative tools and compliant network infrastructures. By collaborating with various departments, you will streamline processes to allow engineers to focus on complex tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with network engineers, tech support, Data Center Management, InfoSec, and other teams to develop new tools and automate workflows. - Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure a high-quality product platform. - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation orchestration. - Develop and maintain internal APIs, CLIs, and packages. - Participate in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines. - Conduct code reviews and promote best practices within the team. - Optimize for asynchronous collaboration with the global team. - Show interest in learning about designing, managing, and monitoring Networks. Qualifications: - Full understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Golang. - Knowledge of using APIs, including those provided by PaloAlto and F5, and network-focused automation libraries. - Experience with IaC automation tools like Ansible, SaltStack, and Terraform. - Hands-on experience with API development and integration. - Familiarity with container orchestration services. - Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders, developers, and network engineers. - Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Some experience with relational and non-relational databases. - Experience with monitoring/observability stack tools like Datadog, ELK, Splunk, Loki, and Grafana.,
