Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
• Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of routing and switching protocols, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and related technologies.
• Manage and support Cisco Nexus switches and data center networking infrastructure.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot wireless LAN infrastructure, access points, and wireless controllers.
• Identify and resolve network connectivity, performance, and availability issues within defined SLA timelines.
• Perform network upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance activities, and infrastructure migrations.
• Monitor network health and performance using network monitoring tools.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, configuration records, and troubleshooting reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, service providers, and vendors for incident resolution.
• Communicate technical issues, updates, and resolutions effectively in English.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in network engineering or network infrastructure support.
• Strong hands-on experience in routing and switching technologies.
• Practical experience with Cisco Nexus technology and data center networking.
• Good working knowledge of wireless networking technologies, including WLAN, access points, and wireless controllers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise network environments.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong confidence and ability to communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in enterprise or data center network environments.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and incident management processes.
