Job Summary: Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security across systems, while providing efficient technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and ensure the availability and reliability of network services.
• Configure and optimize network components to meet business requirements and security standards.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to resolve connectivity and performance problems.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct regular network audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement network upgrades, expansions, and new deployments.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior network administrators and assist in their professional development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in network technology and security.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Any undergraduate or Postgraduate (master's degree).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration or a related field.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols).
• Experience with network equipment and tools (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Wireshark, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Ability to analyze complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux).
