Network Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity for our organization. Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Implement and manage network security protocols to protect company data. Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network-related issues. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in network administration or a similar role. Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds). Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls). Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud networking and virtualization technologies is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
