Job Description

As a Customer Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and CCTV systems, your role will involve resolving technical issues related to computer hardware and CCTV systems. You will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their systems are up and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot computer hardware and CCTV systems to identify and resolve technical issues. - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person. - Diagnose hardware problems and recommend solutions to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and follow up on problem resolution. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and CCTV systems. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. In addition to the above positions, the company is located in Laksar, Haridwar, Roorkee and requires candidates with a B.Sc., B.Tech, BA, BCA, or Diploma in Hardware with CCNA/MCSE certifications. The ideal Network Administrator should have a minimum of 4 years of experience and hold OEM certifications such as CCNA or MCSE. Should you choose to apply for the Network Administrator position, your responsibilities will include: - Allocating IP addresses and managing subsets for various network components. - Applying necessary patches and updates to network operating systems and devices. - Assisting users with network issues such as slow connections or access problems. - Configuring and maintaining firewalls to prevent unauthorized access. - Installing, configuring, and deploying network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls. - Performing regular checks and maintaining physical network hardware. - Providing technical support for network-related issues including connectivity and hardware failures. - Regularly updating network device firmware and software to maintain functionality and security. - Setting up network devices and ensuring their integration into the existing network. Technical Expertise Required: - Networking Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS - Server Management: Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory - Hardware Knowledge: Routers, Switches, Access Points, Servers, and Firewalls - Network Security: Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, SSL/TLS,
