Experience Required:

Responsibilities:

Work extensively with the
IBM Tivoli Netcool Suite
, including Probes, ObjectServer, Gateways, WebGUI, and Impact.
Develop and maintain
Probe rules files
, lookup files, properties files, and other configuration components.
Integrate diverse EMS/NMS systems with Netcool using protocols such as
SNMP, CORBA, JDBC, REST
, etc.
Conduct
end-to-end alarm integration testing
, ensuring accuracy and reliability of alerts.
Design and manage
ObjectServer triggers, automations, and database tables
.
Configure and customize
WebGUI dashboards
, filters, views, maps, and pages.
Work with
Netcool Impact and
optionally use
Java and scripting
for customizations and automation.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Netcool components in
Linux environments
.
Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines and tools
will be an added advantage.
